5 Step Process

1. Meet and review the proposed Individualized Service Plan (ISP) with the client prior to implemention.

2. A week after implementation, conduct a complete inspection and review of the program to identify areas of improvement.

3. Obtain Customer Feedback.

4. Make changes and modify program after input from the client.

5. Continuous Improvement.
